CAREER BRIGHT WORKS / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
What stays in your browser. What changes when you choose WhatsApp.
This page describes the current enquiry-only website. The owner reports operational retention checks and a business review of tax and cancellation wording. The supporting records and final reviewed policy text are not yet available in the project for verification. Privacy and legal sign-off remain unverified. These drafts are not legally approved; website payments and uploads remain unavailable.

Preparing an enquiry
The optional Academic Assistance form uses your WhatsApp number, deadline, academic level, subject and optional email to prepare a message in your browser. It has no file picker and does not upload a brief, save an enquiry to a database or take payment.
Preparing a draft does not send it. The application does not persist those form fields to cookies or browser storage. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore fields under its own settings.
Choosing WhatsApp
When you open a WhatsApp link, its draft text is passed to WhatsApp in the link. An academic draft can contain the contact and deadline details you entered. This is separate from sending the message in WhatsApp.
Review the draft and attach your brief, CV or supporting documents manually inside WhatsApp before sending. The website does not attach or send your file. WhatsApp’s own handling is described in its privacy policy.
Once you contact the business through WhatsApp, the conversation and documents are handled outside this website. Expert writers receive academic briefs through the existing WhatsApp enquiry route. The website itself does not upload, store or send briefs. The authorised recipients, access controls, onward sharing, backups and processing locations still require confirmation. The retention schedule and the owner-reported manual deletion process are described below. The underlying operational records remain to be reviewed. Ask before sharing sensitive material.
Document retention and manual deletion
Our owner-confirmed schedule is to delete unconverted WhatsApp briefs and working files 30 days after the last conversation, and completed-project briefs and working files 90 days after final delivery.
These periods apply to our team’s copies, including copies held by writers on their devices and in downloads. Preserve only material necessary for an active complaint or a legal obligation until that reason ends; then delete it when no longer required for that reason.
Accounting and payment records are kept separately for the period confirmed by our Indian accountant. Briefs are not retained by default as part of those records. The accountant’s period has not yet been confirmed.
The owner confirms that responsibility for monthly deletion has been assigned, a deletion record is in place, and the relevant devices and backups have been checked. This describes an owner-reported manual process, not automatic deletion. The underlying procedure, deletion record and device/backup checks have not yet been reviewed for this draft. Privacy review and that evidence check must be completed before this page is finalised; Review draft and noindex remain.
The website itself does not upload, store or send briefs. This schedule concerns the team’s off-site copies; it does not promise deletion from WhatsApp’s own systems or unchecked backups.
Share only what is needed
Share the task or career goal, relevant requirements and deadline. Remove unnecessary names, student identifiers and information about other people. Do not send passwords, card details, passport scans, identifiable patient records or confidential placement data.
Academic examples should be appropriately anonymised and permitted to share. Students remain responsible for their own submitted work and university rules.
Browser storage and page requests
The site currently has no analytics or advertising integrations. Saving a cookie preference stores only a version and your choice on this browser; see the Cookie Policy. It does not store your enquiry or enable marketing.
Loading a webpage necessarily sends request information, such as an IP address and browser/request details, to the server providing it. The live hosting provider, any infrastructure/security logs, access, locations and retention must be confirmed and re-audited before launch. This page does not promise that hosting produces no logs.
Privacy questions and review items
Use Privacy & support on Contact to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy concerns. Include only enough information to identify the conversation. Applicable rights and any identity checks depend on the circumstances and law.
The legal form and registration details, privacy responsibilities, purpose-specific lawful bases, retention criteria, authorised recipients, international-transfer arrangements, regulator/complaint information and any required representative details must be completed after qualified review. No particular lawful basis is asserted here. The periods and owner-reported process above remain subject to review of the operational records and final privacy wording.
Supabase intake, accounts and Razorpay processing are not active on this site. They need a separate data-flow review and updated notices before being introduced.
