This website does not accept orders, advances, card details or online payments. Preparing a WhatsApp draft does not create a website purchase. There is no automated cancellation or refund process here; Razorpay is not connected.

The following is draft wording for individually agreed services. It remains subject to qualified UK and Indian legal review and does not override mandatory consumer rights.

Before work starts

After reviewing a brief, a writer confirms the scope, deadline, full price and advance amount in writing. Work begins after the agreed advance is received. The remaining balance is due after completion and before the completed service material is released.

Before agreeing or paying, obtain a written quote showing the applicable tax and total payable, advance and balance amounts, deliverables, revision and delivery arrangements, deadline and cancellation information in a form you can keep.

If you wish to cancel before work has begun, contact the WhatsApp support channel promptly. Any advance already paid must be assessed for return under the agreement and applicable law. The fact that a payment is called an advance is not, by itself, a reason to retain it for work not performed. This draft imposes no automatic pre-start cancellation fee.

After work has started

The intended commercial position is that an advance is normally nonrefundable after work starts. This is not automatic forfeiture of the full advance or a rule that all payments are nonrefundable.

A cancellation assessment must account for the agreed scope, the work actually performed, any lawful and proportionate charge for that work, amounts already paid and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Any unused portion and any refund required by law must be considered; the advance must not be retained beyond what can lawfully be charged. The work completed and any proposed deduction should be explained in writing.

If the concern is non-delivery, work not as agreed or another service problem, identify it in the request. Such concerns must be assessed separately from a change-of-mind cancellation. A contract term cannot remove a remedy that mandatory law provides.

Urgent requests and an early start

A short deadline does not by itself remove cancellation rights. Where an applicable cancellation period applies, starting during that period requires the information, express request and any acknowledgements required by law. Paying the advance alone is not treated as a waiver.

The exact cancellation period, early-start request, treatment of part-performed and fully performed services, required cancellation form and any loss-of-right acknowledgement must be settled by qualified UK and Indian legal review before this draft is finalised. No waiver is collected on this website.

How to raise a request

Use the existing WhatsApp channel and clearly say you want to cancel, change agreed work or discuss a refund. Include the service, relevant conversation/reference, agreement date, payments made and what you would like to happen. Do not send full card or bank credentials.

The link opens a draft; it does not send a cancellation, decide eligibility or issue a refund. Support receives enquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week, UK time. This does not promise an immediate reply or completion within a particular time.

Rights, refunds and the pending review

Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancellation and refund decisions depend on the agreement, work performed, facts and applicable law. This draft does not decide an individual case or promise a refund percentage.

Refund assessment, approval responsibility, lawful time limits, payment/refund method, dispute handling and cross-border requirements still need to be finalised.
